We do refund or exchange on FAULTY goods in accordance with the relevant legislation. Proof of purchase must be provided for any refund, exchange or credit.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

We exchange or give a Credit Note for CHANGE OF MIND purchases subject to several conditions:

• Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Goods must not be reduced in price for sale purposes.
• Goods cannot have been soiled or damaged by the customer.

Credit Notes

• Redeemable only with Colour Depot where the purchase was made.
• Valid for 6 months from the issue date.
• Not transferable.
• Credit must be treated as cash and if lost cannot be replaced.

Gift Voucher

• Redeemable for goods purchased through Colour Depot.
